Working with Florencia was an amazing experience! From the very beginning, she made me feel like family — always kind, patient, and truly dedicated to helping us find our home. Her guidance and support throughout the process were exceptional. I’m so grateful for all her help and couldn’t have asked for a better realtor!

If you're looking for your starter or forever home, this is where it begins! The Lofton- St. Julien family had the utmost pleasure of working very closely with Vonn Jennings and LV Choice Real Estate. We began working alongside this team in October 2024 and for several months they worked tirelessly, diligently, exceeding expectations and making sure our process for finding our first house went as smooth as possible during what can be a very hard and stressful time. You'll find that this exceptionally professional team will be ready for anything that may come your way and will take on what is needed to where won't be stressed and can go to sleep at night knowing everything is taken care of the right way. We closed on our first home June 30th 2025 after several negotiations and with the help of Vonn and LifeVentures we were able to get the first home my children set their eyes on and we will forever be grateful for that. We wish the Life Ventures Buy Choice Homes many more successes in 2025 and beyond. We thank you so much!

Here at AGR Settlement Services, we work with a lot of real estate agents and let me tell you—Vonn stands out from the crowd. Not only is she a true professional, but she consistently goes above and beyond for her clients. Her dedication, responsiveness, and genuine care aren't just refreshing—they’re unmatched. It’s rare to find someone who combines expertise with heart the way Vonn does. Keep bringing the Excellence!

From the very beginning, Vonn showed up for us with care and compassion. She helped us stay calm and hopeful through a very extensive process. Vonn maintained a strong sense of professionalism and still managed to connect with us on a human level. She was accessible, authentic, and amazing. We'd highly recommend working with her as your trusted real estate agent.
